Here at Greencross Robina Village, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest possible standard of care, whilst also taking the time to provide an exceptional standard of customer service. We are truly passionate about pets and absolutely love what we do.

We offer a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all of your pet care needs, and we utlise the latest in diagnostic equipment.

We aim to ensure that your pet will live the longest and happiest life possible, and we do this by providing ongoing preventative medicine. We’ll not only provide you with regular, thorough health checks, but we’ll also provide expert advice specific to your pet’s needs. We take into account every detail about your pet including breed predisposition, behaviours, previous medical history, dietary needs, emotional stresses and anything else that could impact your pet’s health.

We are also able to provide you with advice on prescription diets and preventative health care products such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick treatments, worming prevention and specific shampoos.

Desexing

Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.

Vaccinations

Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworm can be hard to detect, but it needn’t be hard to prevent. Greencross Vets recommends year round heartworm prevention. Ask your vet about prevention today.

Dentistry

Greencross Vets offer a range of dentistry services like cat and dog teeth cleaning. Consider us your pet’s veterinarian and dentist combined.

Puppy Pre-School

Samantha Brown

Veterinary Nurse

Sam’s passion for animals started as a little girl on her grandparents’ farm with cows and sheep. She has completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing through the partnership of Greencross vets and Tafe QLD. Following her studies, Sam was offered a position at Robina Village where she did her practical work placement. Sam lives with her two cheeky cats Millie and Ivy and in her spare time is usually spending time with family or at the beach reading a good book.

Veterinarian

Elle graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Hons) at the end of 2016. She then undertook a 12-month Small Animal Rotating Internship at VSS in Brisbane, before working at a few GP vet clinics in Brisbane. She moved to the Gold Coast in 2022 and worked at Greencross Carrara, before joining our Robina Village clinic in 2024. Elle has a special interest in small animal surgery and reproduction.

When not at work, Elle likes to go hiking, visiting local cafes and spending quality time with her three cavaliers – Luna, Quinn and Iris; two cats – Toby and Skyla; and her husband.

Dr. Rob Swartz

Veterinarian

Rob qualified in 2010 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa (Onderstepoort) and he worked in mixed animal practice ever since. For the last 8 years, he was fortunate enough to own his own practice together with his wife who is also a veterinarian. He treated all animals large and small including all of Africa’s largest wildlife species. Throughout his career he has developed an interest in small animal surgery, an area that he would love to further develop in Rob, his wife and two children have recently made the move to Australia and are really looking forward to new adventures down under. Rob and his family really enjoy the outdoors especially fishing, hiking, camping, surfing and spending time with friends. They are pet parents to Bolt the pointer and Tom the cat.

Kirra Cameron

Kirra Cameron

Kirra’s love and passion for animals inspired her move from human nursing into veterinary nursing.
She is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a Greencross Vet scholarship and has experience in animal grooming. She loves learning new things and she is always ready to help!
Kirra’s two cats, Mowgli and Smooch, keep her cuddled up and she loves getting anywhere outdoors with her dog Oden.
