Exclusions:
1.1 Excludes consultations greater than 20 minutes, such as behavioral and dermatological. Excludes consultations with a Specialist Vet or Consultant, such as Oncology, Cardiology, or other. Excludes sedation if required.
1.2 Excludes vaccinations outside of annual courses recommended by your vet, such as export vaccinations for overseas travel requirements.
1.3 Urinalysis excludes cystocentesis for extracting urine if required.
1.4 10% off products and services in clinic, excludes medication from compounding pharmacies, and specialist consultations/procedures.
2.1 Emergency consultations are for an “emergency situation” that is assessed as an urgent or critical health problem that your pet may have. Emergency consultations do not include vaccinations, microchipping, nutritional counseling, nail clips, physical exams for your pet’s wellness, behavioral consultations and other such non-life-threatening care that is not urgent or critical in nature. Excludes sedation if required. Emergency consultations are not available at Adelaide Veterinary Specialist & Referral Centre, Dermatology for Animals and Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre. Emergency consultations are not included at Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Brisbane and are discounted only at 20% off. 3.2 $200 off scale and polish excludes additional services performed during scale and polish, such as extractions.
