How it works
If you discover that your dog or cat finds the new super premium pet food to be unpalatable, return the bag of pet food to the Greencross Vets clinic you bought it from, along with your receipt as proof of purchase, and we will replace it with another product at no additional cost, or alternatively, provide you with a full refund. The amount of food left in the bag, and the amount of time that has passed since you bought the bag does not matter.
Transitioning your pet to a new diet
Before you return your product, make sure that you have correctly transitioned your pet to the new food. A sudden change in food could cause your dog or cat to experience a stomach upset. New food should be gradually introduced over a period of 14 days, though some dogs and cats may take a bit longer to adjust to a new diet.
To avoid digestive issues, mix your pet’s meals as follows:
Pause the transition if your pet experiences any minor stomach upsets until the symptoms have stopped. See your local Greencross Vets if the symptoms continue. If you have followed this process and your dog or cat is still showing adverse reactions to their new diet, like runny stools or vomiting, please book an appointment with your Greencross Vet for a checkup.
